Shopping Rush or Rash?

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pier 1 Imports. All opinions are 100% mine.

The holiday season is stressing me out. I don’t know about other people but shopping during the holiday season really takes a lot of my energy. Good thing that I have someone who is in the same boat as I am because it makes me feel not alone.

So today, I went shopping with my BFF.  We went to Pier 1 at the Mall and we spent the whole day in that place alone. Why not? They got all my “must haves” in my list so it saved me the trouble of going from one store to another. They got lots of gift ideas for friends and family at great bargain price too. I got some awesome fancy jewelry for my BFFs and nieces and threw in some unique scented candles and candle holders for my in-laws and sweet fragrances for Hubby’s aunts and cousins. And since I will be hosting this year's Holiday Dinner, I got myself a new set of Spice Route Dinnerware in Paprika to match my Peony Table Runner which I bought online from Pier 1 last year.

And yes, I told my BFF that I want the Bennu Ottoman for my new craft room which I think represents my down-to-earth lifestyle. And I also gave her special instruction to give my Hubby a hint about it. Wink***

It was really a busy day at the store but at least we were almost through with shopping for holiday gifts. And I am so proud of myself because I don’t need to go through the hassle of the Holiday rush or rash [whichever is applicable, LOL]

Oh by the way, I also realized that during the months of November and December, I can support Toys for Tots by dropping off an unwrapped toy and/or making a cash donation at the register. That is why I also bought some unique toys there for the little ones. So for those of you who have big hearts for the little ones, you can spread the holiday cheer by liking Pier 1 Imports on Facebook because for every new fan they get, they will donate $1 to Toys for Tots. And with that… you are sure the holiday will be a wonderful one.
