My Tofu Bingeing Week

WEEK THREE: [For the review of the previous week... CLICK HERE]

I am already on my 3rd week on my weight challenge and I don't feel that I am doing okay. I mean I don't know if I can achieve my weight goal because so far I am not doing my best to really work out. It's still about the weather. Well, I have to blame something for my shortcoming... hahaha.

As for my work-out... I am not really doing quite alright. I only did some jumping rope in the gym and played "Tag" again with the kids but so far I don't think I burned calories for doing those activities.

I ate a lot of tofu sandwiches and had my usual servings of fruits. That part is the only one I enjoy... eating!

As for my current weight... it is [no more drum roll please!]

Hahahaha! I got this weight[?] the first time I stepped on the scale. And that really woke me up. Then I had to step on it again to make sure that it records the correct number.

Oh well, I only lost 0.6 pounds and if it's any consolation... at least I didn't gain it. I wanted to post just the first result but no... it's cheating. hahahaha
