  3. coffee is so much maliciously maligned, i guess people just heard one side and believe it entirely without doing their own research, and would stop people from drinking coffee as if coffee is very bad to your health like soda drink. unless one has adverse reaction to caffeine, then, that is where coffee may be bad for health, but then again, the same health benefits can be get from Decaf. I drink a cup of coffee every morning ( not decaf), with my almond milk in it and Stevia. If I want more coffee later of the day, I drink decaf, haha. Haha, actually, somehow, I just love my unsweetened almond milk later of the day sometime with some coffee taste, however, i do not want to have over supply of caffeine ( only in the morning), so Decaf is really a better way to enjoy the coffee and its health benefits :)
